HOW THIS DESIGN PROCESS WORKS
1. Click on the Buy Button. You will be directed to secure PAYPAL. Once you pay, an information
page will appear with questions to inform us of your ideas. You must email or fax that to us at
kimberly@asterlingstitch.com or 724-524-1110.
2. You will then be contacted within 1 business day after we receive the form.
3. We will then do a rendering for you based on your ideas.
4. An email will be sent with your ideas on your photo, or created window.
5. Once you ok the design, we will then add the fabric. If adding a storyboard the other
accessories will be added at that point.
6. Your final rendering will then be emailed to you.
1. Do I need Minutes Matter to see my Renderings.
No, you will be emailed a JPEG file which is viewable with any photo software.
1a. Will I retain the rights to my rendering?
Yes, you retain all rights to your renderings. For Designers, your company name is located on the
rendering. A Sterling Stitch will not solicit your clients.
2. What if I have more than 2 Windows?
You can order additional Windows by contacting A Sterling Stitch. (724-524-1110)
3. What is a Hardcopy?
A Hardcopy is a professionally compiled printed package of your window renderings. Hard
Copies are sent 2nd Day ground from UPS. Hardcopies are for Interior Designers Only.
4. How long does it take to receive my rendering?
Once you completely fill out a form which you download after purchase, and email it or fax it, A
Sterling Stitch will contact you within 1 business day. Once you have been contacted, and all
photos, sketches, magazine photos, swatches, and other necessary information has been
received, we can complete most photo renderings within 2 business days.
5. Who is responsible for final fabrication?
You may choose to use A Sterling Stitch Workroom or take the rendering to your own workroom.
6. Do I need a Paypal Account to Purchase?
No, You do not need a Paypal Account. Once you hit the " Buy " Button you will be directed to
Paypal where you can enter your payment information.
7. What happens after I pay?
After you pay you will be redirected back to our website where you will be directed to a form. The
form will then open that will request the necessary design information. Once you complete the
form, please email it or fax it to A Sterling Stitch kimberly@asterlingstitch.com or (724) 524-1110.
You will then be contacted within 1 business day.
7. Will my design idea and rendering be able to be fabricated?
Final fabrication is dependent upon your communication between your workroom and yourself.
A Sterling Stitch is not responsible for the final fabrication of the window treatments. A
rendering is not a guarantee of fabrication outcome, sale to your client, or fabric or hardware
availability.
Designers: Fabric suitability, hardware function, etc. should be discussed with your workroom
prior to beginning the project. A Rendering is a tool for you to use to give you and your client a
visual result of your design.
